Losing all your items from leaving a lobby

Losing your items from leaving a lobby is just dumb, if something comes up and you need to leave before the match starts you shouldn't be punished, that is just plain stupid.

The game warns you exactly about that. Dont go into a multiplayer game If you have to Pause/leave eventually

take it as like you were actually playing when you are in the lobby. In my gaming experience I have to say it was pretty rare when I had to leave a game during I was waiting in hobby.

pro tip: Dont cook your pasta or let the 4 y.o kid play around you when you start an online game...

He didn't have to go anywhere. He saw people were geared and wanted to dodge. He's just whining for the ability to dodge until he gets the right opponents.

Nope, you SHOULD lose all items if leaving loby.
People would see parties full gueared up and just leave to find parties with naked timmies.

a pause button in a multiplayer game? I just want to be able to leave pre lobby without them taking all my stuff, I can understand a 5min wait timer for leaving, but not taking ALL of your gear on you.

Again i can understand a form of punishment, but taking all of your equipped gear is too harsh. You wouldn't arrest someone for stealing a lolipop.

so implement a punishment that is different than losing everything on you, like an hour ban or something or a gold fine, let the punishment fit the crime.

This is actually such a horrendous design. Whoever thought of this... just no. It's the equivalent of like PUBG punishing you for just leaving lobby before match starts. The fact that all I needed were TORCHES and I get a 5 minute leaver is disgusting.

it states clearly when you hit play that proceeding means you will lose your items and be penalized if you back out.

you have no case.

How about instead, we give a warning that you'll be PANLIZED before you're allowed to leave the lobby.
