Edit: To anyone else reading this post, the system requirements of Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) can be found here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/5.0/en-US/hardware-and-software-specifications-for-unreal-engine/
You can try to disable background processes - especially Rivatuner and MSI Afterburner.
Win7 x64
i5-4670k
16 gigs ram
RTX 3060
The minimum software requirements for Unreal Engine 5 are subdivided into two; requirements for running the engine and requirements for editing the engine. For Running the engine, the minimum operating system requirement is Windows 10.
Solution: Choose DirectX 11 when launching the game and it should work!!
Edit: The latest hotfix #2 patch notes can be read here with regards to the DirectX 11 changes: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/2016590/view/3640633392759301422?l=english
i have windows 7, like everyone has been telling you UE5 doesnt support windows 7, even if you have dx11, because its running from UE5 engie it disables windows 7
