so like has anyone actually made it out of the caves?
the mobs hit for something like 50+ damage in a single swing which is over half of a rogues HP and you cant even buy health pots until you survive a raid to begin with.
in pretty much every game ive played the entire lobby has died ive not seen a single player make it.
I know the game is difficult but like this is straight up oppressive how brutal it is.
The one raid i WOULD have made it out of i had to kill 2 players and 7 npc mobs protecting the out gate and i died to a wall trap that i couldnt have seen even if i was looking....

Did about 20 or so, survived one. Still needs some tweaks. Spawning me at lvl 1 in a room full of baddies no matter which way i go, 2-3 will aggro on me. Can't do much about that at level 1.
I trust they'll iron out the issues

The thing that keeps killing me is the fact that the circle can put you in a position where you have no choice but to walk through the dark swarm for a LONG time until you get back into the safe zone but during this absolute GAUNTLET of a walk there are 2 million NPC's on your tail trying to murder you and even when you do make it towards the end a massive 2 outgates spawn and they wont even be IN the end circle so you just kinda die...
What hardcore playerbase are they building this game for cuz like im a straight up loser I LOVE video games its basically my life how the heck are anything other than SWEATS supposed to survive?

I succeeded in one run of the goblin caves and I only just started playing today. Could do with some balance tweaking for sure. I have more success in the normal map so far

Just have to do your best to learn how to fight each mob. Almost every run I've done, everyone is dead within the first five minutes.

If you can last that long, just stick to the center of the circle and wait till a portal opens up.

I've survived multiple runs as a fighter, but it's rough starting out for other classes. The fighter has the optimal setup for dealing with the goblins:

Arming sword hits fast enough and at enough range to always hit the goblins while staying out of their shorter reach.

Shield to block arrows, or their shortsword if they manage to get close enough.

And the goblin mages are a joke as long as you're not fighting anything else. You can just go in circles around them and they never hit you.

the Goblin Cave is way overtuned. Had a waaaay easier time going solo on the main dungeon

goblin came has too many mobs and small space. Needs turning to make it easier. Matchmaking seems long too

Yes, it is actually not that hard just don't play and take the time to learn the patterns.

Go in as a naked rogue and see how well that advice pans out lol the mobs arent a problem its the other things ALL combining to make it a BRUTAL experience i dont care how good you are your gonna get hit at LEAST one time in a raid and that 1 single hit is 60% or more of your hp bar right now.

I am totally new to the game, and am a solo player, so naturally I queued into the Goblin Dungeon a couple of times. Boy, what a sad c*nt of an experience that was. Small goblins deal half of my HP damage, Skeleton Champions are impossible to kill, and if you meet other players you're a goner anyway. Well, at least with 0 gold as a starter.

I've successfully extracted a few times as a Cleric, I try to make friends with people and let them take the first escape portal, I either then try for the stairs or find the others, but I've escaped about.. 4-5 times I think?
