I wouldn't use the XP11 plugin as it may conflict with the xseitekpanels plugin. The latter one is actively developed and open source, the former isn't.
My suggestion is to first try it with the default cessna. I've got the switch panel, the radio panel and the multi panel and all work perfectly with xseitekpanels.
You need to use Axis And Ohs or SPAD.neXt for 8.33 kHz spacing to show. Also ensure that whatever radio the aircraft has supports 8.33 kHz spacing.
