Default A330 MCDU doesn't work

The MCDU cannot be used in cold start. (The screen is dark, no message appears even though I finish all steps.) Also, even born with Engine started, the MCDU Fuel page looks like a Boeing 737-800's style. I am not sure how to solve it. Do you have any ideas?

Okay, I already click that button for about 10 times but MCDU has no responds. Still closed.

I also encountered this problem, which made me crazy, but I found a solution, which is to set a shortcut key for Avionics toggle. If my answer helps you, please donate your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Turn the batteries on. Should work just fine.
