DEMO only shows water instead of land: Please Help!

Does the release version work? In the DEMO all I see is water instead of the plane track.

I can't provide the screenshot because I reached the maximum time to play the demo. But, trust me there were planes parked on top of the water (with waves too). That's why I'm a bit worried this will happen if I buy the game.

You would simply need to install the Global Scenery DLC (which is free) for that area.

The demo has terrain only around Portland (Oregon) and Salzburg (Austria). Everywhere else is just water (you still get the aiports, though). The demo is time limited to 15 mins or so (it locks airplane controls after that), but there is no limit on how many times you can restart the demo (you get 15 mins of flying time on each restart).
If you decide to buy it from Steam, you'll have to get and install the free Global Scenery DLC to it, otherwise you'll get the same problem.

you can also simply restart the demo for another 15 minutes of play, but currently is limited to salzburg only ( was portland before)
