Thrustmaster TCA First Officer Edition

Hello,



Has anybody used the above flight stick in Xplane 11 or 12? Is it easy to set up? Are you limited to flying the Airbus models only or can you fly any aircraft in the sim?



I have been using the Thrustmaster Hotas-X for a good while now. It is fuss free and works perfectly with my copies of FSX-SE, MS2020 and Aerofly FS4. Just looking for a little more immersion. A yoke system wouldn't suit as I dismantle my setup, (it is laptop based), and store away at the end of each session.



What do the rest of you use?

Don't know about that setup. I use a basic Logitech Extreme 3D Pro and mostly stick with helicopters in both X-Plane 11 & 12. It handles great with the standard & ergonomic in game hotas options.

The Logitech Extreme 3D Pro pretty much works with all my VR flight games. You can usually pick it up for under $ 40. Most if not all other hotas options lean towards $80+.

Very easy to set up - see youtube videos (i have the Thrustmaster Airbus Captain Edition), and it works nicely with all planes.
