I don't have that one (or any A350 for that matter) myself, so I can't say how good it is. Having said that, my impression is that Flight Factor is considered a quality add-on maker. I'm pretty sure that installation instructions will be included in the documentation of the add-on.

If you want that A350 linked above, then yes, of course you'll have to pay to buy it.
