Problem launching the game

When I try to launch the game it gives me an error: X-Plane failed to initialize Vulkan and can't run. No capable device found. See the log.txt for detailed error.

I have tried many solutions but none worked. Also, I can't find the log.txt file. Does anyone know a solution?

Make sure you have up to date drivers for your graphics card, and check that your GPU is supported by X-Plane 12 (integrated Intel graphics won't work).

The log.txt can be found in the folder you installed X-Plane 12 in. Right click the X-Plane 12 icon in your Steam Library, select 'Manage', and then 'Browse local files'. X-Plane will automatically create the log.txt every time you start the sim.

I have GeForce 1650 Ti GPU. According to X-Plane, it should work. And I have installed the newest driver's version. I emailed Laminar Research support and I just hope they can solve this problem.

You need to open up the Nvidia Control Panel and select your GTX 1650 Ti as the preferred graphics processor.

Got basically the same problem. When loading the game gives and error: "Encountered critical Vulkan error! VK_ERROR_OUT_OF_DEVICE_MEMORY"...etc.
I opened the NVIDIA Control Panel, Glabal Settings and looked for "preferred graphics processor" option. No such option as far as I can see.
