Cancel current ATC service first to add new flightplan. Xplane 12

I don't know what's wrong it's me be a noob or bug in ATC .
whenever i start Default A330 and try to add Flight plan in ATC Window it says " Cancel the current ATC service fisrt no matter if on the gate or runway .
i tried to switch manually and Wizard both but nothing is working .
Please educated me

I also am having the same difficulty. After a crash a new flight plan cannot be entered because "Cancel current ATC service first to add new flight plan" (in red letters) appears. How can I cancel current ATC service???

No Idea man this is how XP guys make it user friendly . try mapping any key by putting name in search bar you don't find it even when it's there and this issue is there since XP10 they didn't fix it .

You must be OFF THE RUNWAY when filing a flight plan on ATC- window!

Start your flight from apron or gate.

I have an issue where i enter all that is needed to file flight plan file it but then nothing happens

Flight plan in X plane 12
