Possible to turn off *ALL* experience and avoid Godmode overleveling?

I found toggles to turn off a handful of experience options, but in simply gathering from a few nodes, I found myself quickly overleveling a lot of early content. Is it possible to turn off *ALL* experience here? Or is godmode kind of forced on the players here?

Isn't it enough to right-click the XP bar and turn off Combat Experience and Quest Experience?

Did gathering nodes somehow make you go up in Adventure level?

I read up a bit more on this. Quest experience and pve combat experience are the only types that have options to toggle off correctly. I was leveling just from gathering nodes, for instance. I can understand why PVP experience might not toggle off, but I was disappointed to find it impossible to level at my own pace outside of that element.

This requires you to be a subscriber though:
Go into the Alternate Advancement window and adjust the "convert EXP into AA-exp" slider to 100%.
By doing that you will not level up but gain AA points instead.

The other option is to do the self mentoring by talking to a..."Chrono mage" something, pay some gold and some status and you can lower your level down in increments of 5.
i.e. go from lvl 50 to 45, 40, 35, 30 etc.
This won't stop you from leveling but it will force your character to stay at that specific level until you un-mentor.
