old player new question

From the looks of it no, I also use to play this way back when it first came out, back before it was on steam.

Unfortunately it seems basically dead. Just around to enjoy what was done before it ended. A shame. I love this. Though I loved it most before they originally changed it so you couldn't distribute exp however you wanted for upgrades. Back when you could purchase 7 speed.

Also old player returning and seems like they recently reformatted so,e factions and made them better so yes based on forums they are still adding stuff but it takes time with this game it has a lot of content to enjoy though
