I don't get how to super turbo jump

there is the normal turbo jump and there is one that goes even higher that has stars vfx but I can't proc it now, later I did it by accident a couple of times that helped me reach the light house, any useful tips?

So basically the way i got it to happen consistently was to wait for like 3 spins and then accelerate

There is a PICI that explains it, but short answer: hit gas once you start moving forward after a spin. If you hit gas during a spin it will fail. You have to wait for the taxi to actually dash forward. (The time window is generous)

Similar to what the devs said, the best way I got consistent with it was accelerating about a second after dashing out of a spin.
