New Map, dont find Iron

Hello everyone.

I am playing the Svandinavin Map.

I have found tons of coal but what is missing is iron,
Does anyone know where I can find iron there?

If you play the iron map, you have to dig deeper into the pit towards the mountain. There you will find iron, copper and gravel.

massive vein in mt under pit, just starting hitting it yesterday from the top and somewhere in the middle. theres atleast 80 concrete blocks of height to the vein.

i play same map.. you need to dig deeper down to find it

You might get lucky and find it somewhat close to the surface, but most of the iron & copper nodes on the Scandi-map are around 40 meters below surface. Finding a steep mountain and punching a hole in the side might be the easier way to get to it. Best of luck and happy digging.
