Hello! ːsteamhappyː

This week, we have sent the automatic smelting and production system to internal testing.
It still contains some placeholders that will need to be swapped out before it goes to beta, but the asset team is working on finishing those.

The fuel economy and mechanics have also received a massive overhaul
to make them more realistic and to give the tanker trucks a separate gauge for the additional fuel they carry in the tanker.

There are also a few new hand tools coming in the next beta.

There will be tools both for faster manual digging and for identifying different materials and ores.

We have also made improvements to the saving/loading interface and menus
to enhance usability and provide more options.

Tutorial woodblock cannot be placed the way the game wants me to.

As the title says. The ghost-wood block is levitating slightly above the terrain, therefore it's impossible to place the woodblock in the exact way it's required by the tutorial, which means, the tutorial is softlocked from that point onwards.

Tutorial broken - placing objects

i can not fullfill the "drag and place wood block" thing.. the block is exactly on the spot.. demolished and replaced it multiple times.. well. guess i will have to just play the game. Easy "solution" - just add a skip button to the tutorial goals?

Setting up G29 + Hotas

Got the joystick working for the Wheel Loader, but I'm having difficulty getting the G29 to move the unit forward/backward. I can kind of sort of get it to work, a little. Giving it Throttle and Brake under Loader Controls, i get throttle input pressing the throttle, but it doesn't move. It only provides throttle, but stays in neutral. Pressing brake pedal it stops moving. But them how to reverse? Set Reverse in Gearbox controls, doesn't do anything, unless I have it inverted. Then I can go backwards whi...

Hello!

This week, we are releasing another small hotfix to beta (0.27.3359), addressing some additional issues related to company progress. We are working to address all the issues regarding this, so please keep reporting any you find and we’ll fix them as soon as possible! Thanks for being patient! ːsteamhappyː

The reason for some of the issues is that we are currently in the process of moving the saves and progress to XML files in My Documents to make the game more reliable and more moddable.

The coal plant, along with automatic smelting and production, is now nearing completion and has entered internal testing. This will help us ensure everything works as intended. Once it passes testing, it will be released on beta. ːsteamhappyː

Could be fun, but when the tutorial is bugged/soft locked at the third mission (i.e. 5 minutes in), the game just is not worth my money and/or time. It's a shame that products at this stage are even allowed to be sold.

nvlddmkm.sys crash

As soon as I install this game an let it install the ue4 prereqs, my system starts crashing. I cannot run another game, and cannot do anything but email and web browsing. You've got a serious bug somewhere. This is happening on new installs of windows 11 and windows 10. (I ditched the windows 11 crap finally.) Any help would be appreciated, as I was enjoying the game until friday. Now I'm on my 5th reinstall....

Tutorial can only be described as non-functional. Based on forum feedback this is happening to others. Then some guy decides to attack the people complaining about it being broken. Expected a fun use of heavy equipment game only to find I am chopping down trees and then being unable to place a simple object down to advance the tutorial. Snap/Grid/whatever. Nothing worked. Six tutorial restarts. Same issue. Very disappointing to not get what your money purchased. This game needs work.
