Conveyor spillage

Hey, iw had problems with spillage after merger point. Is there such a thing like over filling the converyors?

Could be the build mode snap vs grid mode, slight misalignment or forcing a product somewhere it shouldn't go.

Mergers are notorious for leaking. I try to avoid them when possible. Conveyors atm pass 30 units per second, so the mergers really act like a bottleneck in the system. But yes, as Stoneslinger states above, it could also be alignment.
My money is on mergers being mergers, though :-)

I've personally never had spillage from a merger. I have however, misaligned things and had leakage. Make sure all arrows are pointing the same way and take it apart and put it back together would be my suggestion. Otherwise, I have no clue! Good luck!!
