small or big washplant?

If im running paydirt would i be better off with the large conveyor wash plant or just a couple small washplants?

Depends. It you are using conveyors and other processing then use the big to separate gold, diamond and ruby ores out of the paydirt auto magically. THEN run the diamond and ruby ore through a small wash plant to get diamonds and rubies.

If you are mining manually with a pick ax then run the paydirt through the small wash plant to get gold ore. You don't get diamonds or rubies this way. This is for when you are first starting and can't afford the full setup.
