what default button brings up vehicle options so i can refuel?

To refuel, move your vehicle to a purchased &/or placed fuel tank, then press 'I' the default Inventory button while still in your vehicle. the right hand tab on the drop down menu is one you want for equipping your vehicle, the top one on this list is the fuel button, just press, it (has little icon of a petrol pump).
