how do you make a base of operations, new so really unsure about a lot lol

Find a spot. Put down some equipment and dig.

yeah i get that bro but you can put down a building for operations was wondering how to do it will take some time i guess just got the game today, but thank you.

You can lookup on youtube.

There's more optimal ways of setting up your processing plant.
After that, start digging !

You're not going to find tutorial videos or in fact any really good videos on Youtube.

This isn't a super popular game and most videos on Youtube are pretty outdated with information.
