Reverse, Driving issues.

Decided to take a break from the game after a destructive dog jumping on my desk and knocking my pc over. Back with a new a pc and honestly back with a better impression of the game. All thought I am quite a dense person, and for some reason using keyboard when I try to reverse all my vehicles end up going into Neutral. I can't seem to find a fix. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You may want to check the controller / keyboard settings and make sure things are setup good there. Also in settings do you have auto F/R turned on or not? If auto not on you need to change manually from forward or reverse. If in auto you can hit the W for forward and S for reverse but if not auto you must put in forward gear and then W goes forward and S is like break. To reverse without auto you must put it in reverse gear and then hit W to go backwards,

So I checked my to see is "Auto F/R" was on, and it is on. I also checked Keybinds and everything is set up properly. (W for forward) (S for reverse) I also looked at the neutral option and it is set to default key. Yet still for some reason I do not have the option to Reverse. every time I press the "S" key the vehicle automatically changed to "N". The only way I can move is if I can do u turns. I don't know if this is a bug, or there is some silly option I am missing.

do you tryed to change the key and if fail to restet at default?

This is some kind of dual keybind thing happening here, vehicles only go into N when the Neutral button is pushed If you reset the gearbox controls to default or assign them to other keys this should stop

i have the same issue but only in the loader. it will only go forwards and not backwords. I have use the manual gear shift and at least i was able to move that way and i know the rverse/break works because it does stop when pressed. gear set to nutural it will only move forward. This is driving me nuts. It is random on the tractor is use. it will work sometimes and others it just stops. I can close the game and reload map and sometimes then it starts to work again. It has done this on day one since i got the game.

i tried invert with throttle and break and the the reverse keys work fine. Usually the break is also reverse and it is strange that sometimes it works and others it just stops working.

i did notice when it does work it is F1 and auto shifts but when it stop working only in forward or backwords is stuck that it no longer autoshifts.

is there a button i pressed by accedent that turn off the autoshift. That could be our issue.
