Missing MSVCR100.dll, and the apparent solution doesn't work.

Just tried to start this up for the first time in a couple months, and it automatically crashed. When I went straight to the exe in steamapps, it tossed out the missing msvcr100.dll error. I looked in my system32 folder, and it sure as ♥♥♥♥ is sitting in there, but I went and redownloaded the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable anyway. It ran, said it did its thing and turned off, and yet I get the exact same error, nothing was fixed.

I saw an old post on this forum link to the 2010 C++ file, but when I try to use that the program says, "Oh you have a more up to date version," and then refuses to replace it.

Can you download the c++ 2010 file and then copy/paste it in C:\Windows\System32 ? Looking in my System32 file I have a 2011 version and a 2015 version (the 2015 version is msvcr100_clr0400.dll).
