Missing #46 in observations. HOW DO I GET NIGHT SPAWN??? SOLVED???

So where do i find it? I found this info on gamefaqs, but it does not explain how to get it. I have all other observations completed... "46 is Night Spawn, which is the puppet you get after completing the rest of the Observation Notes. (PSA: Observation Notes are saved to the system memory for the game, so it compiles all found notes across all files. Such Nostalgia <3
This sequel made me sooo happy, i feel like a kid again just like when i played the game 22 years ago.
It is a tiny bit different than the first one, puppets are now summoned during fight instead of be put in party.
Party members keeps changing according to the story line, which is great but it is a bit annoying to re equip their gears.

I am currently on Act 5, but I have to savor it more and take it easy hahah, but so glad there is also the 3rd one!
I will be devouring the game the next couple of days!!
