Iceberg Lounge Batclaw

I'am at the part where I need to save the 2 frozen cops after I saved the first one, but batman won't quit with the batclaw. All I get is the option to pull, effectively breaking the game, can't advance or skip this part.

i'm having this same issue and its really frustrating. i understand what i need to do, the game is simply not giving me the option to get out of the batclaw

Press CTRL. I know it won´t help if the game is broken.

In my case still downloading the GOTY version because I have the regular version of the game...but the Harley Queen´s Revenge DLC makes you install the full game again...incredible...that is a problem too. (So I have 2 B:AC...hope it won´t delete my save files or recognize them because I completed 71% of the game and just wanted to play the DLC...if not you´ll see me raging damn hard here later...lol

I have the GOTY edition and just played this part. You effectively use the Batclaw throughout this whole room. You pull a raft toward you, jump on the raft, then grapple different rings around the room to move the raft to different sides of the room. As you finish one section, you jump back on the raft then move to the next part. If you havent got the raft yet, you cant proceed to the rest of the areas. I hope this helps.

I ran into this same issue.. The batclaw would not let go. Eventually I found using my main action key.. I think "E" and left control, or crouch.... Yeah crouch worked.... One of these keys will tell Batman to mysteriously let go of the batclaw and you can use it to grab onto another wharf and pull to a different area..... Note later in the game you can just use your Zip-Line or Bat-Zip-Line to more quickly get through this area of the Iceberg Lounge.

just press ctrl, it's that simple. Though i think the devs somehow forgot to explain such a important thing lol.

Crouch button will stop batman doing batclaw pulll

Press the ctrl button and aftre that there is a raft in the air between the two cops, which you use to get around

its so agervating i know what i have to do but it never gives me an option to let go of the f*ckin batclaw

Thanks so much I was stuck on that bit so long... It never said in the tutorial that to get out of the batclaw you press ctrl...

'Crtl' seems to be some kind of magic 'let go' command as I also use it to drop from a hanging ledge and jump down from beams and stuff.
