Right by Joker's funland, one of the cranes has a trophy and the question mark is on the wall behind. I have raised, lowered the crane and NOT taken the trophy so i don't lose the green dot, but no matter what, there is no angle that works, I played before and had solved it but no I totally forget, I REALLY don't won't to have to dig through videos with drama and bs just to find something that should take 2 tenths of a 2nd to answer so some hints would be appreciated.

Solving it has to do with where you're standing. You need to be standing so that you're near the far side of the roof with the green dot.

The crane has nothing to do with that riddle. You're looking for a literal green dot of paint, which is on one of the big chimney stacks a bit further away from the crane.
