ACCOUNT STARTER DEAL NOT HERE??

I fist started playing on steam then heard about the starter pack with the toon slots and all but didnt see it anywhere. so i went through everything and registered my acc with the web and the only promo i see for the first initial days is for some 8000coin pet deal and not the starter pack?? like wtf up with this and how can i get the starter pack on my rotmg steam account?

The Beginner's Package is only available for the first 7 days after an account has been created.

i know thats why im confused i didnt get it i just created this acocunt two days ago and instead of that i have somthing about a pet promo for another 5 days, would the starters come after that?

If your account is less than 7 days old, you can click the red loot bag in the top left corner of the character selection screen. If you wait until you're in Nexus, the package will change to the currently running offer.

If it has been more than 7 days since the account was created, then yes, the package is gone forever. If you're not too attached to your account, you could always go to http://www.realmofthemadgod.com/ and create a new account, then launch the game via Steam and replace that account with the newly created account. This will give you a new opportunity to grab the Beginner's Package.

You should be able to just click the red loot bag on the character selection screen if you just created that account 2 days ago.

its a day old account i just wana know why the promo didint pop up at all for my steam account, like at all i never had the chance for that account and am curiouse if it will pop up at all like after this current promo or not
