Long loading screen error!

Whenever i start rotmg it gets to 100% then goes to the long loading screen and wont load. And every once in a while a dark grey box appears with a smaller light grey rectangle with the corners shaved off. When I hover my mouse over the small shaved rectangle it turns orange and when i click on it the large grey and small orange/grey shaved and it still wont load.

I suspect you're using fullscreen. If so, don't activate fullscreen until after you've made it into the Nexus and closed the pop-up advertisement. You will need to remember this each time you load the game.

This game was not meant to be played in fullscreen. The option is only available when playing on Steam. This was likely a requirement to get the game on Steam, but it was never really supported.

If that's not the problem, try posting a screenshot so we can see what's going on.

Im having problems similar to this, when i load realm it says loading then a box appears in my screen with a smaller white box in it, i click on the littler white box and it goes away but comes back later and it wont load. Help please? if you have an answer contact me on my email [e-mail] or my skype idontdomondays1 or through my steam account that im using to type this right now.

Exit the game and open it again, try this a few times and it should work.

Plus when my firend is online, it doesn't say so.

I'm not sure how to fix this, yet. But I've seen something similar posted on the WildShadow forums in the past. I know it has something to do with the localization features implemented in Build 12.

Also, your friend has changed his status to offline. If the player is unaware of this status, they can change it by going to their friends list and clicking the little down arrow next to their name and selecting Online.
