I seem to have lost everything.

I died the other day. When I created my character, everything in my season vault, gift box, materials, and rack is gone. I still have my fame, my pets, and clothing....everything else is gone. At the end of the season, I did receive a ton of gifts like a character slot and a storage box of my items from last season. what should I do? Is this normal for season characters after each season?

Perfectly normal.
I'm guessing the character you lost was from the previous season.
When the next season starts, the current season's characters gets auto-converted to non-seasonal, and everything in the seasonal vault gets sent to the green chest in the non-seasonal vault (north of the Nexus-portal in your vault).

Rest assured, you have lost nothing.
(Other than the character who died, that is, and whatever items it had with it, both equipped and in inventory. ;) )


Of course, if my assumption here is wrong, and you actually did lose stuff, then it might be worth filing a support ticket[support.rotmg.com].
