Keyboard-Only Play?

So, after coming back home for Thanksgiving Break, I realized I forgot my mouse in my dorm room. As a result, looking for something I can play without a mouse and this game popped up in my head as an obvious choice.

Then I realized... does this game actually have any keyboard-only controls? Firing has to be done with the mouse, but why? Is there a way to change that, and just do 8-direction firing with the arrow keys or something?

You can play with camera rotation and turn on auto-fire for shooting. Just make sure you're shooting up and use the rotate keys to "turn your aim". You will have a problem picking up loot though.

The camera doesn't rotate that fast, though, and would be mainly only useful for late-game where a majority of fights are either backpedaling or non-moving bosses. For everything else, that just makes things really tedious.

Xpadder doesn't work for mouse controls does it?

It works since i use my ps2 controller as my mouse since the old one bited the dust
