I am pretty upset, I didn't get my skins either. i sent in the complaint but I'm not seeing any response.

i sent a support message because i bought the knight priest and archer skin but when i went to activate them they didnt apear in my gift chest what i did was i sent kabam a message and they put the skins straight onto my account it took about 8 days for them to get back to me but what ever

Did your dad trade you the skins? if so, where did he trade them? in steam or in ROTMG? I don't think it works if you trade in ROTMG. Can someone verify?

u can trade in ROTMG, as long as it shows up anywhere, its in the game

I finally got mine.I sent a support ticket to rotmg support,I also posted on kabam forums.You should see skin megathread or stmy like that.
