are you sure they're rogue skins? did you unpack/get from gift chest/activate the skin in the nexus?

If it hasn't appeared in your vault as a gift, try sending a support ticket on the rotmg site http://blog.wildshadow.com/support if you haven't done so already. I know I had problems at first, but it was fixed pretty fast. When the skins do appear in your vaults as gifts, you may experience a moment where it says to wait before consuming the skin, but it should work. Hope you guys get them soon.

Sent a support message yesterday when this happened to me, and have still not heard from them. This sucks... My Dad bought the set of skins for me, now he wasted the cash it seems. :(
