I cant replace my account

So when i try to replace the account that is bound to my steam becouse i played realm on steam long time ago and now i want to do it again but i have a much better account on the webbrowser but when i try to replace i get this error http://imgur.com/KWIPV4C
what do i do i have never linked this account to anything not steam or anything else?
