Skins not working

Alright, I have some of the skins for the ROTMG classes. I got them on the market and unpacked them so they're on my account, they show up in the 'dlcs' for ROTMG and I've even crafted the snow globe badge so that shouldn't be an issue. But when I try to change my skin to them or start a new character they're all locked. Anyone know how to get them working?

For some this works, Right click the game in steam, go properties then verify game cache. After that some peoples skins work. Although it did not work for me.

It's a convoluted process. If you've successfully unpacked them, they should show up in your gift chest. Then you pull them out of the gift chest, leave your vault(can't use in vault, idk why), use them in nexus. Then it disappears and THEN you can go back in your vault and find them in your wardrobe with the rest of skins.

huh, well that would be doable, except they're not in my gift chest lol.

Have you checked all gift chests? I had the same problem when I bought the archer skin, and it was in the 2 to the right gift chest.

Yep, checked all of them, all empty.

Getting the same problem myself. I tired the verify, and checked the gift chests and nothing.
