Lost all RotMG account things, but the account is still there

I out of the blue lost all RotMG account things, such as 3 char slots, 6 vaults, all my gifts (including 3 tomb keys, ambrosia, 2 loot drop potions, and 2 loot tier potions), all vault items, such as EP & Planeswalker, my 50-49, Hp/Mp Pet and all my chars... ( I believe i only had a lvl 1 priest), and last, all my stars. Anyway, my point is, my RotMG account (on steam) has changed into an identical version of brand new account, But, it still says i'm logged in as VengeanceReturns, I never reset my account or anything. This happened just after I died on a 5/8 Knight, and I quit the game for 2 or 3 days, when i came back everything was gone. I believe I was first aware of this on Jan 15. If anyone could help that'd be great. Oh, and I did not get hacked, all my other games are fine on steam and all my items are there. Thanks!

No worries i asked on kabam forums, a mod answered:

This is a problem effecting some Steam users. It is a temporary bug. Your account is not lost forever. They have not said exactly when this will be fixed. They hope early next week.
