FPS Issue

When I started playing this game again my fps was at 60 but then the other day it was always at 30 and can't find a fix, someone help me increase it?

Try toggling Hardware Acceleration in the Graphics Options.

Hardware Acceleration is the only setting that I can think of that would affect the framerate. Try turning it off to see if it goes back to 60.

I play fullscreen with 30 fps but If I remove fullscreen it goes up to 50-60, is there any way to increase the max fps from 60 to another number?

Same problem here windowed or fullscrean get 30-40 fps no effect from Hardware Accelerations in options it makes mountain in pirate cave look differently but nothing else and shadows off have no effect on fps. CPU X6 1055t 3.2GHz ATI4870 8GB Ram not modern but powerfull enough.

Ok i think the problem appears when resizing the game window in windowed mode or by going fullscreen the game fps drops. That is some upscaling problem or something like that. Can't believe no one have fixed it by now?!

Ok not GPU brand related. Most likely it's unoptimized coding to imprement window resize/fullscreen.

yea I am being capped at 30 even though I was allowed to play at 60 on my laptop... and I tried hardware acceleration on / off, nothing. And no it isn't a cpu problem unless you consider a i3 4150 to be crappy (hint it isn't but only if I a little bit more money for a i5 4590 or i5 4690....)

Ok i did more testing and Found Out a Workaround to get HIGH FPS in Fullscreen!
Like i said the codding for upscaling/resizing is unoptimized and it is detrimetal when using different than the Native Game Resolution! So i did the next best thing i changed my desktop/monitor resolution from 1080p to 720p and was that a rewarding experience!!! CONSTANT 60 FPS so far! The calculations the game is forcing to change the resolution is unrealistic so logicaly by going near the native game resolution you make the calculations less. So use resolutions that are the same aspect rate like your native monitor res but lower and you will get the same effect.
1600:900 was not persistent 60 fps so i lowered it to 720p.
