Also, make sure you max all abilities of each pet before fusing it. Failure to do so will result in a lower stat cap and/or more feeding costs.
But if I keep looking, which abilities would you suggest as good choices for the 3rd ability? If you could give me a little list of abilities you believe are worth keeping with a little description and/or your estimation of how good the ability is, I would appreciate that.

I know what pet abilities there are, I am wondering which of them are considered good, and which are bad.

Well, my question which abilities everyone considers best remains open..
Rising Fury is a damage ability that will charge up while the pet is standing still and release a grenade-like blast when the pet moves.
