Can't Get In.

As a Steam account it automatically logs me in. I tell it to log my level 20 archer in and it asks for my login info. Help!

Have you ever registered an email address to your account? If so, try logging in at http://realmofthemadgod.com and going through the new login/password process. I had to do the same thing and now the Steam version plays as expected.

For everyone who hasn't registered their email it's impossible to play on Steam though. It's extremely disappointing.

I found a solution
Go to the actual website and log in to Realm of the Mad God
Change the password on your account
Close the tab

playing from steam should work after that

This is a really old thread but I found the perfect solution.
When you first start up RotMG in through steam there's an account tab. Click it, then click the link "Register this account to play in a web browser." If you do you'll see the link in my screenshot and be able to pin your email to your RotMG account. All problems will be fixed.

I tested hundreds of times if it's not something to bo email.
I have tried many different email addresses, but nothing!

I have the same problem. Ive tried so much to get this to work through steam. Its such a broken system

Just wait for them to fix it.

It's been broken for at least 3 weeks and probably longer. Kabam intentionally broke it at one point. Not sure if they ever put it back online.

I think I already registered it a while ago, but I don't have those login credentials. Any way I can get that back?
