Defense, Speed, Dexterity and Attack are what you are aiming to grind first.
You then have Wisdom, Vitality potions you can get.
The hardest stat potions to get are the Potion of Life (increases max hp by 5) and the potion of mana.
You will grind the harder potions later when you go into harder dungeons and defeat harder bosses that will drop those potions and better gear for yourself.
(when your stats turn yellow, they are maxed. You have 8 stats you can max on each character)
Once you get 4/8+ stats maxed, you're going to want to try to do dungeons that will drop specific gear for said character and grind until you get a drop that you can equip or trade for something you need.
So to sum this up, go into the god lands and go into most of the dungeons the god mobs drop.
Keep an eye out in chat for callouts. Soloing dungeons can be very hard at first, so join dungeons that get a callout so you can hop in and take it safe so you can learn what kills you and what doesn't and how to survive.
When you get a character that is doing really well, specifically with 3 or 4 stats maxed, you will then want to branch out and try to do the harder stuff so you can get better gear.
I would generally focus on getting Defence, attack and speed potions first.
Speed is a life changer especially when playing a slower character.
then die in the process and do it all over again
