ROTMG stuck Loading

Can anyone help me with this issue? when i launch ROTMG it tries to load the main menu but it will never load it! it has been happening for a couple of days now. I have cpntacted support but no response! This doesn't seem to be the "loading version error, retrying..." issue it just says "loading".

Hiya!

This usually means the server you're trying to connect to is flooded. I would recommend waiting it out then switching servers immediately.

Thankyou for the reply, i have a friend that plays on the same server and he has no issues, i can log into an alt account through a browser and it works fine.
I have also seen people say this means you're banned? could this be a false ban? i am not a hacker and never used a client!

Undeserved bans almost never happen, so much so I don't think I've ever heard someone complain about being banned and not cheating, so I don't think your banned. Would you happen to be playing in China? The Great Firewall has been causing some issues for some users.

Hey sorry i've been trying to play the game but before it loads it keeps saying version loading error retrying, I don't know what to to do

I've had the same issue for a day now, going on two days counting today. I open up rotmg, it loads up the assets and then proceeds to load from 0% to 100%. Once it reaches 100% nothing happens, the wildshadow logo is still animated, but it won't continue to the main menu. I do hope I'm not banned, as I've never cheated before in realm, I'm just hoping that the issue is an overloaded server. Though, I hope the server issues are resolved, I really want to get my extra chests and get back into playing again.

It most likely is. USWest3 has been having issues lately because of all the people. It is probably the same for you, MeStealCookies.

I am in australia so it does load asia south east, not sure if the asian servers are being overloaded or not! this will be the fourth day without realm, i haven't had the chance to participate in anything or purchase any of the deals... thankyou for the replies, i will keep this thread updated!

Nope, not related to Deca! As for the server issues, many kind players who visit the forums let me know if any of them are having trouble in game.

I have tried my friends account on my pc which I usually play my main and his account worked fine! I have come to the conclusion i have been banned! My account and My alt have been banned!

That shouldn't be... maybe you got swept up on a ban wave of bots? I'll get you the Deca Support email.
