no as it is a flash game and runs straight off the server. if youd like to play offline you might consider downloading a private server.(they have ones with and without mods and stuff.)
however none of these downloads are owned by deca so you should be careful of viruses.

well where to start.... one trading with more people comes easy to get to glands call dungeons and trade items you cant get but people are more lucky to find also with the fact it is a game that thrives on guilds a guoups of people coming to each others help not just all being loners
