FIX FOR "YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD THIS BUILD"
In the wait for an official fix, here's what you can do to fix this issue, it worked for me :
uninstall the game
windows + R
type regedit
enter
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DECA Live Operations GmbH
Delete the DECA Live folder (right click delete)
reinstall the game
WARNING : IT'LL WIPE ALL YOUR SETTINGS
