High end PC, Low FPS on ROTMG

Hi guys,
I bought a new amazing Laptop recently (GTX 1070, i7 Core, 8gb Ram....)
This laptop lets me run games like PUBg at 100+ fps constantly.

Problem is, RotmG, a game that seems so simple, just doesn't want to run at a constant 60 fps, having the slight movement/player drops me under 60fps, and doing dungeons like Shatters or Oryx drags my fps down to about 13.

Do you guys know why, and if so how i can fix this.
I am running the game on the lowest "graphics" possible to boost my fps (youtube tutorials), but it hasnt helped a single bit.
