DECA sucks at customer support

lets get this cleared first, I am a browser player of this game, I dont play the steam version. As we know DECA games owns ROTMG now... however, there are numerous amounts of people who have been getting issues with the support function involving DECA. Personally I can't even log in anymore, I requested a password change to my username because the game logged me out (I was autologged in for 3 years). So I requested change, no emails, nothing, I even wrote an email and got no replies and was marked as a 3rd party.... like what the ♥♥♥♥. If you are gonna take control over a popular game that's been out for years... then be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ responsible over it!!!!

Even on their Reddit forums there are people who have been struggling to get their accounts back, https://www.reddit.com/r/RotMG/comments/7203ue/calling_out_deca/ as seen there people are having similar issues, if not issues even signing in. go back to Kabam or WildShadow please, Deca you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck at running games.

ive had this probleme wierdly i couldent conect from my main pc i tried it off my other cpu and it logged threw off my main when i try and conect i get this loading error loading error and so on ...few days l8ter i retry and poof it conected of the pc it wasent before really dont know what they are ♥♥♥--inn around with but hope you get your acc back quick i kno how you feel right know

Browser? sounds like a hacker. There's no reason you should play on browser , you just revealed that you're cheating on a pixelated game where you aren't able to press r or aim good enough.
