You will not get any good drops if you are not strong enough the only way is to trade your stats potions for items or sometimes random people will trade you T9 and above weapons for free.
If you are a range class, you can solo (but it will take time to clear all the rooms) some dungeons with T8 items. Example: Wiz/archer.
Some easy dungeons for range characters :
Possible to solo but may be slow. (Still worth it)
- Snake pits (spd pots)
- Undead lairs (wiz pots, possible doom bom)
- Sprit world (dex/def pot)
Join a decent party, ensure that you do enough damage to the boss.
- Haunted cemetery (This is quite difficult but depending on how you play, you can reach the 2nd boss and if you deal enough damage, there are T8-T10 items.
If you are a short range class, then I recommend you to create a wizard for farming pots.
2-3 spd pots = 1 defend pot
I suggest you read this website for info on the weapons you got.

Personally, I save my defend pot and just play my wizard as best as possible.
Because defend potion is so difficult for new players like us to get, if you use it immediately and you die, you waste all your effort collecting them. So just store them up, meanwhile gain more experience in this game, learn which dungeons you think you can solo or join a group, learn the dangers of dungeons. Oh and snake pit is considered easy compared to other dungeons, forbidden jungle is basically a noob dungeon :)
So you have got a long way to do.
Edit: It is also helpful to use the speed pots (but just make sure to be extra careful).
Higher speed means I can outrun some enemies keeping myself safe.
