The game isn't bad, per se. It's just very Niche, with a *very* lazy port. Allowing the Demo, gives people a chance to see if it's worth the money *before* spending. Those that do buy are much more likely to leave positive reviews... helping the game. Those that don't are happy for not wasting money. Win-Win for everyone. Lazy Port: No display resolution settings Have to go back to title to exit No keyboard/mouse support (or extremely minimal) Not my cup of tea, so I'll save my money....

Was interested in picking up 1 and 2 but 1 isn't on sale? Do you need to play 1 to understand 2?

this is UEVR compatible albiet a little buggy but I dont really know what I'm doing. to make it work in UEVR I mainly had to turn on scene compatibility mode in compatibility options in advanced options. Once turned on this (demo) looked beautiful in VR. I had almost given up and assumed this was a fully 2d game. again I dont know what I'm doing so I couldn't fix the double "vision" (made copies but both were accurately stereoscopic oddly)...
