game won't start 2nd chapter

Hi Support Team,

I’m having an issue with Split Fiction. After finishing Chapter 1, the screen just goes black, but the UI is still visible. I can’t start Chapter 2 or continue playing.

I’ve already tried restarting the game and checking my system, but the problem persists. Is there a fix or a patch for this?
