Stuck on loading screen

After finishing the Silly Monkey Chapter we got stuck on a loading screen, is there a way to fix this

Me and my partner have the same issue, stuck on the loading screen after brave knights chapter :/ tried reinstalling and verifying files but nothing worked

I’m stuck on losing immediately after the intro DX

For anyone coming here for a solution, I've fixed that by going to game's Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.

In my situation, after the verification, 3 files failed to be verified and were redownloaded, and this fixed the issue.
