"Putting groups you don't like in your video games isn't. And I will never be convinced that line of thinking is normal."
You seem to have big problem of putting 1 + 1... Also those are not buzzwords..
buddy is a buzzword too? media buzzword too? heck, maybe every single word for you is a buzzword, or only words that you dont like? DEI is an official organization. Its not a buzzword.
Any company who decided to uses those twisted "conceptual frameworks"..
If anyone uses woke it just means "I'm insecure and have thin skin."
I used to agree some companies would be too "woke" but the meaning has lost it's use. It's used too freely. Like when anything other than a straight white male is on screen, it's woke.
I totally agree that some companies go too far. It has to make sense and not be forced or it comes off lame and boring.
People use it too common now to have any meaning. Women = woke. POC = woke.
Most of the time though, it's rage and steam point bait.
I hit enter too soon. I finished the rest of it.
Companies go too far. Like trans people replacing women in female hygiene ads or whatever. - I do not agree with this.
Having a gay character, trans character, woman, POC character, idc as long as it's not blatantly forced.
Not playing a game because there are women in it screams insecurity, though, no?
By the way this game seems really good.
Now Most Gamers are too distrustful of any game with either a female of color main lead nowadays as they do not trust the developers intentions unless the game was made by an Asian Developer.
It will take time before Gamers learn to Trust Games from the West again.
There are also the woke extremists pretending to be normal people asking these questions too, that happens all the time, it's almost as if they'd draw swastikas during election days (and copy this behavior in other countries too, like Brazil). But we know they'd never do things like that.
