Does online multiplayer require one copy, or two?
I know the store page says you only need one person to own the game to play with a friend, but does that apply to only local split screen multiplayer, or also online multiplayer with friends?

I'm trying to figure out if playing the game online with a friend long distance will require one or two copys.

only one full copy - for second player via friend pass (online coop) its free

Thanks for the answer. I really appreciate it. I didn't fully understand what the "Friend Pass" was at first.
