No. There's a reason it's called "split screen"
So is it possible? how do you set it for dual monitors?
Maybe if one person plays on xbox version with friend pass and one on steam and your PC can run two games at once?

Regardless, I believe you will not have two full screen images as the game is designed to always display split screen so you can see each others actions.

Other then that you can duplicate your monitor with Windows key + P so you would have two seperate screens with the same image.

maybe i played on ultrawide while my friend didnt so if you had the aspect ratio stretched across both displays id imagine itd be possible.

I don't think that would work well as the game changes from vertical to horizontal split screen as well as fullscreen at times.
Yes, is it possible using NVIDIA Surround (if you have nvidia) and AMD Eyefinity (which is better than nvidia surround).

Just an idea, not sure if it'll work... but can you set the nvidia or radeon control panel to Span Mode across 2 monitors? Then the split screen should be down the middle?

that's what i suggested for him in my first comment but some levels r split vertical and others r split horizontal so in the end it will look very strange
I used a program Nucleus Co-op to do this exact thing to play Palworld and Minecraft awhile back. Apparently they've added more games that support it, not sure if such a new game would be there yet, but that's the only way I personally have achieved this.

If you have Nvidia GPU: Setup Surround and your 2 monitors become 1 screen resolution.
Then play the game in Co-op and the split screen will be split equally between your 2 monitors. One monitor P1 and the other P2.

For AMD it was called Eyefinity or something like that. Check NVPanel or AMD software suite (Adrenaline I believe is called).

pretty sure your right since the game doesnt look strange at all on my neo g9 (pretty much 2 16:9 1440p screens in one) its actually really good since u see "more" my cousin who tried it with me on my screen first wasnt happy when he got home and came back to play some more xD)
it does have some "positive" (or negative depending on how you see it) because U wont be able to see the "whole picture" you could replay it as the opposite character and feel like its a new experience in many parts of the levels

I'm using a 3840x1080 monitor, wich does make it two 16:9 1920x1080 splitscreen, so as long you can trick the system your 2 monitors are 1 big one, it should work.

However, i think you will get some challenges, as some missions you really gotta check what the other person is doing, that might be a challenge if you cant see the other person.
