game is freezing for 1sec sometimes

Hey, when im playing i get little fps lag spikes, fps freezes idk how to rly call it does someone know why? is it bc i host the game? my friend plays it with the friendpass? i dont know rly the answer why i got this problem (my friend has the same pc as me and got 0 problems)
